    Starting our You Tube channel in September 2023 for professionals & non-professionals both (students, home makers, couples, families, societies, institutions, schools, colleges, universities, industries, corporates, offices and public in general). Apart from motivational, inspirational, creative, introspective, out of box thinking videos; we shall also release videos on the fundamentals (which is really missing in professional world) of technical and behavioural subjects. This might bring a perception change about the importance, application and / or understanding and approach of these topics.

  • Implemented World Class Quality Circles right from scratch in DCM Engineering, DCM Textiles, VECV and AVTEC. In one of these companies, many workers (including ladies) were not even passed 10th Standard but their work is World Class (If Deming and Ishikawa would have been alive, they would have rewarded & promoted them globally even though the presentations made by them were hand written without any animation). Our Quality circle approach is not fancy (fake) presentation or fancy PPT but our focus is actual work and honest, confident, simple approach. In one company, gardeners & canteen workers who were not even 8th pass formed the quality circle and solved a typical problem together.
