Simply Dhruv is created in 2003 by Pankaj & Madhusmita Aggarwal (Husband and wife). Simply is “To Make Things Simpler” and Dhruv is the name of their son. “Simply Dhruv” is a proprietorship company and duly registered in India under GST act (Goods and Services act).

The Founder & Promoter of Simply Dhruv who is also the Principal Trainer, Consultant & Life Coach, Pankaj Aggarwal, has been awarded as one of the "Most Talented Training & Development Leaders" by "World HRD Congress and CHRO Asia”. This award is intensely researched and reviewed by a Jury comprising of senior professionals, senior leaders, researchers and academicians from across the globe. Before starting Simply Dhruv, Pankaj Aggarwal has worked for Eicher Tractors for 10 long years & for Motherson Sumi System Limited for around 3 years. He was also on the panel of CII (Confederation of Indian Industries). .
